35th Annual Fun Nite is less than 10 days away! There are still 30 (out of 225) tickets available. This is the largest fund raiser for the Helotes Ag Booster Club. Tickets are $125 (for two seats) and includes a steak dinner, dancing and the chance to win $5,000 cash. This event is for age 21 and up.
The Booster Club Scholarship winners are also awarded their scholarship during this event.

Your Helotes Ag Booster Club needs your support for it’s 35th Annual “Fun Nite”, Saturday, August 3, 2019. Limited number of tickets available.
Each year, for the past 34 years, the Helotes Ag Booster Club has held an annual “Fun Nite” fundraiser. This year’s 35th annual event will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Helotes Activity Center.
Do YOU know how the Helotes Ag Activity Center was funded and built? After 10 years of fundraising, the Booster Club paid off the 2.86 acres of land on Leslie Road and open the doors to the Activity Center. In 1995 it was then dedicated to the youth of the Helotes 4-H Clubs. It was a dream come true that few believed would happen.
As you know, monthly meetings and many project meetings are held in the Helotes Ag Activity Center. In December of 2010, the Helotes Ag Booster Club took another big step for the Helotes 4-H youth by purchasing 50 acres on the Medina River. The Helotes Ag Booster Youth ranch is currently utilized by 4-H projects and our goal is to one-day support camps. But this is a BIG dream and your help is needed.
How can you help?
1. Become an active Booster Club member and help make this dream become a reality. Meetings are held the third Monday of each month, 7:00 pm, Helotes Activity Center.
2. Become a Clover Club sponsor. The cost is $500.00 and you will be recognized at “Fun Nite” and throughout the fiscal year – September through August.
3. Purchase a ticket to the 35th Annual “Fun Nite”. Tickets are $125. You will have a chance to win $5,000 and to spend an evening with your community. This is an adult event (21+) where you will receive a meal and many beverage choices. Music and dancing are also a part of the evening. Only 225 tickets are available so purchase early.
