We will still be collecting applications at the same time/same place. This will be a drive-up process. You will stay in your vehicle and a club manager will come to you.
See attached application. NO EXCEPTIONS on the deadline.
QUALIFICATIONS: Any 4-Her that is a member of a Helotes 4H Club.
EVALUATION TIME: April 1 of the previous year to March 31 of the current year.
DUE DATE: Monday, May 4 from 6:30-7:00. No exceptions will be made. If you are unable to
make this time frame, please turn in the application prior to this date to the Committee Chairperson,
your club manager or email a copy to jackiewanke@gmail.com.
INSTRUCTIONS: Fill in the blanks. Judges will assign the total points. Verification will be
made of participation from sign up sheets through the county office, project leaders, and club
managers. Be sure to include only activities done through 4-H. Recognized 4-H activities are
through the club, project, county, district and state which are offered to all members. Self initiated
projects are NOT to be included
