The application and supplemental forms are now available for the 2026 HABC Scholarship, Stolte Memorial Scholarship and Jonas Memorial Scholarship.

Deadline to submit all forms and supplemental items (record books and datasheet) are Monday, May 18, 2026 at 7:00:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Directions to download/save applications and forms:
* Click on the Name of Scholarship for application or supplemental forms.
* A Google Doc will open. Click File, Click Download, Click Word Doc(.docx).
* The file will then be in your download folder.
* Open your download folder. Click on name of file and drag to your computer's desktop. (Be sure this is your personal computer and not a school own one.)
* Rename files as ScholarshipName_FirstName_LastName_2026.
* Complete applications and forms, be sure to save periodically.

Directions to save/print files as a pdf:
* Open file from desktop or your saved location.
* Click Print
* Change printer to print or save to pdf
* Be sure to save to your desktop for easier location and uploading to google form.

Use the attached link to submit and upload your files. **NOTE: do not upload or submit until all files are ready to submit. Applicants will only be allowed one entry. Suggest you submit early in case any problems may arise.
